AWANA is a global, nonprofit ministry committed to the belief that the greatest impact for Christ starts with kids who know, love and serve Him.
How does AWANA accomplish this mission? Through God's guidance and power, AWANA strives to
and CHANGE THE WORLD.
For Children from Age 3 - Grade 5
Wednesday Nights from 6:00-7:30 PM (Sept-April)
AWANA = Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed (2 Timothy 2:15)
Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.
The goal of AWANA is to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. AWANA Clubs provide a fun, engaging approach to learning and remembering God’s word through exciting Bible-centered games, crafts, and other activities. At Ramoth Baptist Church, AWANA serves as our primary discipleship program for kids whereby children are trained to encounter the Lord, hide God's Word in their heart, and work as teams all the while inspiring confidence and providing spiritual direction in a fun & loving atmosphere.
RBC offers four AWANA age-appropriate components led by the greatest adult leaders you're likely to find anywhere:
(Age 3 - Pre-Kindergarten)
Cubbies celebrate the spiritual potential of preschoolers by helping them to develop respect for God, His Son and His Word.
(Kindergarten - Grade 2)
Sparks ignites the curiosity of early elementary-age children to learn about the people and events of the Bible, building a foundation of wisdom for knowing Christ.
T&T differs from other AWANA programs as it is comprised of two clubs engaging third- through sixth-graders by answering their questions about God and the Bible, guiding them through this pivotal life stage to grow in Christ's grace.
